NCP is not a scam. I received my scanner yesterday! Typically there is a waiting list to get a scanner, but I applied about a month ago. You have to commit to scanning ALL of your purchases every week. You don't earn gifts instantly, but there are a lot of opportunities to get bonus points, enter sweepstakes and be rewarded for diligence and loyalty. Sorry if you thought you were going to click on the link and Fedex was going to magically appear at your door loaded with free gifts for you. Doesn't work like that. :(

Like many who have commented before me, this panel is never recruiting in my area. I think they should ask for your zip before you sign up to see if you even qualify before having to give them ALL of your info.

Well I can see from the comments that this is all a tool to get consumer feedback for free but you get nothing in return. as sual another scam. Big joke on all of us who need help, but we are not eligible. Just like what is happening to our country, lies, lies, lies & coverups. We give aid and Jets and tanks to those who plan opn killing us all. Who is in charge?? Workplace violence for FT Hood shooting of our military!!! He is in jail and still collecting full pay!!!!!! They are never enrolling in my area but I keep trying...TODAY it won't even accept my applications. Each time I hit submit, it comes back to an empty form...Will I Never Learn???!!! I have seen a man at the local Ralph's store with a scanner (but no basket) and he just goes along scanning whatever he sees. He isn't there to buy, he's there for the points. I's like to have one of those.

I keep getting they are not hiring in my area. A couple of times, I have been in the market and seen a man with a scanner walking around scanning items. He didn't have a basket or anything so I know he wasn't buying anything. Probably just scanning for the points. Makes it hard for other people.

I have been waiting for about 6 months, I just got a email a few days ago saying that I have been accepted and they are sending me a scanner. I am really excited and can't wait to try it out. I have a friend that had one and didn't care for it but she also has a full time job and had some difficulty with operating (technical issues) I have a son that is a wiz with technology so that should not be a issue with me.I am also a stay at home mom and have more time. I have my fingers crossed,worst case scenario I won't like it and send it back. (Miami,FL)
